This course provides a practical introduction to the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the workplace. Participants will learn how to apply organisational AI policies, identify approved and prohibited AI use cases, use AI tools safely and effectively, protect confidential and personal information, evaluate AI-generated outputs critically, and understand key AI risks, governance requirements and escalation procedures. The course also covers POPIA compliance, data governance principles and the appropriate role of human oversight when using AI technologies.
