How long are you enrolled in a course?

Users are enrolled in a course up to 3 working days after course purchase. The enrollment period spans from the enrollment date for 30 days. Your profile will remain on LearnHub, where you will still be able to download your past certificates. Please refer to our Terms of Use Policy for further information.
How to Purchase a Course

Selecting the desired course: Navigate to Courses in the menu, and select the desired course. Click Add To Cart. You will be required to Log In or Sign Up. When Signing Up, make sure to upload a certified copy of your ID or Passport (This is required). You will be signed in or signed up and redirected to the Checkout page. Checking Out: Click Checkout. Type in your details in the designated fields. Click on Save & Continue. Type in your Billing Address details and accept the Terms & Conditions. Click on Place Order and Pay. Pay using the Yoco Portal. Checking Out with a Coupon Code: Click Checkout. Type in your details in the designated fields. Type in the Promo Code on the right-hand side. Click on Save & Continue. Type in your Billing Address details and accept the Terms & Conditions. Click on Place Order and Pay. Pay using the Yoco Portal. You will be redirected to the Home Page. Please allow for up to 3 business days to be loaded to the Learner Management System to be able to access your courses.
How do I access my courses?

After purchasing a course, your Learner Dashboard login details will be emailed to you within 3 working days. You can go to the Learner Dashboard to access all your purchased courses. 1. Navigate to Learner Dashboard in the menu. 2. You will be directed to the Financial Mind LMS. 3. Here you can access all your courses which you have purchased.
Claiming CPD from a Webinar

Navigate to FinMind Webinars -> Past Events in the menu. Click on Claim CPD You will be directed to the Financial Mind LearnHub, our LMS. Please note: Only people who attended the webinars are eligible to claim their CPD. Attendees are automatically added to LearnHub after the completion of the webinar. Disclaimer: Your Login Details will be sent via email 2 days after the webinar has commenced.
